What is Email Marketing?
The delivery of marketing messages in a newsletter via email to subscribers who have given their permission to be contacted in this way - often referred to as permission based email marketing.

Nothwithstanding problems with delivery due to spam filters there are five reasons why all small to medium sized businesses should participate in an email marketing campaign:

There is of course, one important problem with email marketing; that of delivery (spam filters) and that some people will always be reluctant to divulge their email addresses due to privacy concerns.
